Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed driver for regional routes with competitive pay, frequent home time, and comprehensive benefits. Driver will transport flatbed loads such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, and coils. Route type is regional; home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset. Includes transition and orientation pay, PTO/vacation structure, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, life insurance, EAP, and other pay supplements (tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and more). Working with System Transport’s flatbed fleet, equipment equipped with safety features, and access to a driver portal for pay and trip data.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
- Background check required
- Clean drug test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result
- Able to lift 90 pounds tarp onto 5-foot high platform twice (tested during orientation)
