Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed truck driver needed for regional route with System Transport. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on flatbed equipment. Roles include tarping loads (up to 90 pounds), adherence to safety and pay structures, orientation and transition pay, and comprehensive benefits. Home time primarily weekends with a 34-hour reset; weekly and annual pay scales are provided, along with accessorial pay (tarps, stop, detention, border crossing) and a variety of insurance and retirement options. Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months driving experience
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
- Background check
- Clean drug test
- Clear Clearinghouse
- Ability to lift 90 pounds tarp onto 5-foot high platform during orientation
