Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A regional driver opportunity on a Regional Route with System Transport. Driver operates flatbed tractor-trailer on regional routes in the western region, transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Competitive pay packages with weekly and annual pay, plus transition/orientation pay and comprehensive benefits. Home time includes weekends off with a 34-hour reset. Requires valid CDL-A, 21+, 4+ months experience, and ability to lift a 90-pound tarp; tarps are used on roughly 70% of loads. Equipment includes modern flatbed tractors with safety features and access to driver resources. Eligible drivers can expect pay ranges and additional accessorial pay (tarpaulin, stop, detention, and route-based bonuses) depending on experience and route length. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation (testing complete)
