Transport important goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, machinery, and specialty metals on regional routes using flatbed trucks. Perform load securing duties, including lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice for approximately 70% of loads. Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to all standard hiring requirements for this full-time position. Work a schedule with most weekends off for a 34-hour reset, with pay and benefits contingent on experience, attendance, and length of service. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- A Background Check
- A Clean Drug Test
- A Clean Clearinghouse result
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
