Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed driver for a regional route with System Transport. Transport products such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on flatbed trailers. Full-time role with weekly pay and a broad pay package including mileage-based and accessorial pay (tarp, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses). Home time is off most weekends for a 34-hour reset. Hiring qualifications include a valid CDL-A, 21+, 4+ months driving experience, clean driving record, background check, drug test, and a required tarp-lifting capability during orientation. Orientation pay and a transition package are offered, along with comprehensive benefits after eligibility waiting period.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clear Drug Test required
- Clear Clearinghouse result required
- Able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (during orientation)
