Job Summary
America Proud, Flatbed Strong — CDL-A flatbed truck driver for regional routes. Transport materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals using flatbed equipment. Competitive weekly and annual pay with accessorial and tarp-pay components; transition/orientation pay and a robust benefits package. Required to hold a valid CDL-A, be 21+, have 4+ months of driving experience, pass a background check and drug test, meet Clearinghouse requirements, and be physically able to tarp loads (approximately 90 pounds onto a 5-foot platform). Home time typically off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; multiple route options available. System Transport emphasizes safety, modern equipment, and supportive driver resources.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clear Clearinghouse result required
- Ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (demonstrated in orientation)
