Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver needed for regional routes with System Transport. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals using flatbed equipment. Compensated with weekly pay and a comprehensive annual pay range; transition/orientation pay included. Safe driving and adherence to pay practices like tarp pay, detention pay, and other accessorial pay are part of the compensation. Home time is off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; multiple route options are available and flexible onboarding through orientation pay. Must meet CDL-A requirements, be 21+, have 4+ months of driving experience, pass background checks and drug tests, and be able to tarp loads as required. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tested during orientation)
- System Transport tarp process on loads
