Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed truck driver for a regional/OTR route. Transport materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals with full pay and benefits. Includes tarp lifting (90 lbs, twice during orientation), transition/orientation pay, and comprehensive benefits. Home time off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; dedicated to Division 290 (Kansas City, MO area). Requires safe driving, background check, drug screen, and Clearinghouse compliance. Flexibility on routes with pay structure including mileage-based pay and accessorials (stop/pay, detention, etc.). Likely team emphasis on safety and reliability with opportunities for growth and stable home time.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Age 21 or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (demonstrated during orientation)
