Job Summary
CDL-A Flatbed Driver needed for Regional Route to haul flatbed loads (glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, specialty metals) with System Transport. Regional/OTR opportunities with competitive pay including weekly and annual compensation, multiple pay components (mileage, accessorial, tarp, detention, border-cross, safety bonuses), and a comprehensive benefits package. Home time: off most weekends for a 34-hour reset; division-specific routes (Division 290) with terminal in Kansas City, MO. Prior experience preferred but recent CDL-A graduates are welcomed. Must be physically able to tarp loads (approximately 90 pounds) and pass orientation, background check, drug test, and Clearinghouse checks. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
- Background Check
- Clean Drug Test
- Clean Clearinghouse result
- Ability to lift 90 pounds tarp onto 5-foot high platform twice during orientation
