Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver for regional routes with System Transport. Driver will haul flatbed loads (glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, specialty metals) across the western region and beyond, with home time on weekends and a 34-hour reset. Competitive weekly and annual pay with mileage-based pay, plus accessorial pay (tarp, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses) and a transition/orientation pay package. Requires valid CDL-A, 21+, and 4+ months of driving experience; mandatory background check, drug test, and Clearinghouse check; ability to lift 90 pounds to tarp loads; benefits included (health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) with matching, PTO accrual). Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation (testing performed)
