Job Summary
System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes in the western region. Drivers will transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on flatbeds. The role offers a competitive pay package with weekly pay, annual pay potential, bonuses, and a robust benefits package. Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset. Orientation and transition pay are provided. Requires hauling/tarping experience and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Training is available for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Division 290, Terminal Kansas City, MO. Opportunities exist for both experienced drivers and newer graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
- Background check required
- Clean drug test required
- Clean Clearinghouse“ required
- Physically able to tarp 90 pounds onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation
