Job Summary
Drive CDL-A flatbed trucks on regional routes, hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Maintain a safe driving record; complete required background checks and drug testing; participate in orientation and transition pay. Tarp loads (including lifting 90-pound tarps) and tarping responsibilities are specified, with pay packages including base pay and multiple accessorial pays. Home time includes weekends off with a 34-hour reset; equipment safety features and a comprehensive benefits package are highlighted. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform (tested during orientation)
