Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed driver needed for regional routes with System Transport. Drive flatbed equipment to haul glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals across the western region. Competitive pay with weekly and annual pay figures, comprehensive benefits, and a transition/orientation pay package. Must have valid Class A CDL, be 21+, and meet standard hiring requirements including a clean driving record, background check, drug test, and Clearinghouse result. Experience preferred but not strictly required; tarping loads and physical readiness are part of the role. Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset; multiple pay supplements like tarp pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and more are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
- Background check
- Clean drug test
- Clean Clearinghouse result
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (orientation test)
