Job Summary
Flatbed CDL Driver for regional routes with System Transport. Role involves transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on flatbed equipment. Competitive pay with weekly/annual packages and a comprehensive benefits program. Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset. Must have CDL-A, be 21+, and possess driving experience with a clean record; tarping capability (90 lb) is required. Likely duties include tarp/loading/unloading, tarpaulin handling, and adherence to safety and pay structures such as travel-pay, detention-pay, border-cross pay, and orientation/transition pay. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tested during orientation)
