Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed truck driver needed for regional routes with System Transport. Handles flatbed loads such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Competitive pay with weekly and annual pay, plus accessorial pay (tarps, stops, detention, border crossing, etc.) and a comprehensive benefits package. Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset; orientation and transition pay provided. Must meet CDL, age, experience, and risk/clearance requirements; tarp-handling capability is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (training during orientation)
