Job Summary
Flatbed CDL Driver, Regional Route for System Transport. Drive flatbed equipment on regional routes in the western US, transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Competitive pay with weekly and annual figures, transition and orientation pay, comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) matching), PTO accrual, and home time with most weekends off for a 34-hour reset. Requires valid CDL-A, 21+, 4+ months driving experience, safe driving record, and ability to lift 90 pounds for tarp operations; tarps and other pay components vary by route and length of service. Location notes include Kansas City, MO, and Mooresville, IN as terminals, with regional/OTR routing and home-time policies described.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
