Job Summary
Flatbed CDL Driver for regional routes. Operate flatbed equipment, secure loads with tarps, and comply with safety and regulatory requirements. Competitive pay with weekly pay, transition/orientation pay, and comprehensive benefits. Home time off most weekends for a 34-hour reset. Requirements include valid Class A CDL, 21+, 4+ months driving experience, clean driving record, and passing background, drug, and Clearinghouse checks. Equipment includes flatbeds; compensation includes per-mile pay and various accessorial pays. Safety-focused and equal-opportunity employer. Location-based roles at Kansas City, MO and St. Joseph, MI with in-person work. Hiring through May 31, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (orientation will test)
