Job Summary
Flatbed CDL Driver, Regional Route — Drive CDL-A flatbed trucks on regional routes (and occasional OTR) transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Competitive pay and excellent benefits. Orientation and transition pay included; home time off most weekends for a 34-hour reset via Division 290. Pay includes weekly pay, annual pay ranges, and various accessorial pays (tarp, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses). Requires 21+, valid CDL-A, 4+ months driving, clean background and drug test, Clearinghouse compliance, and ability to tarp loads (up to 90 lbs) during orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (testing during orientation)
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience but not necessary
