Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver for regional route driving experienced CDL-A flatbed trucks in the western region. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals; tarp loads with required tarping pay and various accessorial pays. Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset; pay packages include weekly and annual pay with transition/orientation pay and comprehensive benefits. Priorities include safety, complying with DOT, clearinghouse checks, and maintaining a clean driving record. Route options available; orientation and transition pay provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- A Clean Drug Test required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tarp on 70% of loads)
