Job Summary
America Proud, Flatbed Strong with System Transport—CDL-A flatbed regional driver opportunity in the western region. Drive regional routes hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals with competitive pay and robust benefits. Full-time drivers earn annual pay between $56,949.36 and $102,993.80, with additional accessorial pays (tarps, stops, detention, border crossings, safety bonuses) and per-mile rates ($0.57–$0.71). Transition and orientation pay are provided to support onboarding. Home time includes weekends off with a 34-hour reset; riders not allowed with pets. Required: valid CDL-A, 21+, 4+ months driving experience, safe driving record, background check, drug test, and Clearinghouse clearance; ability to tarp loads (approximately 70% of loads tarped). Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background check required
- Clean drug test required
- Clean Clearinghouse report required
- Ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tarping loads)
