Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A Driver for regional routes with System Transport. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals in the western region. Competitive pay with weekly and annual pay, extensive accessorial pay (tarp, detention, border-crossing, safety bonuses), and comprehensive benefits. Requires valid Class A CDL, 21+, 4+ months experience, clean driving record, background check, drug test, and a 90-pound tarp-lift capability (tarping ~70% of loads). Home time includes off most weekends with a 34-hour reset. Regional/off-road assignments and orientation pay included.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tarp) — tested during orientation
