Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed truck driver needed for regional routes with System Transport. Drive flatbed equipment transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Competitive weekly and annual pay with accessorial compensation (tarp, stop, detention, border-crossing, safety bonuses) and a comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO). Must have CDL-A, be 21+, and meet driving-history requirements; tarp handling is required during orientation. Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset; orientation pay and a transition package are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
- Background check
- Clean drug test
- Clean Clearinghouse
- Able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
