Job Summary
Flatbed CDL Driver needed for regional routes with System Transport. Operate flatbed equipment hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals in the western region. Competitive pay including weekly pay and annual pay, plus accessorial pay (tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, and more) and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, EAP). Requires CDL-A, 21+, and 4+ months of driving experience; strong emphasis on tarping loads (able to lift ~90 lb tarps) and safety. Home time mostly on weekends with a 34-hour reset; orientation and transition pay provided. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation
