Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver for regional routes with System Transport. Operate flatbed equipment hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Competitive pay with weekly and annual pay figures, plus accessorial pay (tarp pay, detention pay, border-paid, safety bonuses, and other incentives). Home time off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; orientation and transition pay provided. Requires valid CDL-A, 4+ months experience, clean driving record and Clearinghouse/drug test, and ability to tarp loads (approximately 90 pounds) during orientation. Eligible for comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k), and PTO after waiting period. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
