Transport important goods including glass, steel, aluminum, machinery, and specialty metals on regional routes within Division 272. Secure loads by lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, as flatbed drivers tarp approximately 70% of all loads. Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to strict job-hopping limits, with recent CDL-A graduates eligible for training through June 30, 2026. Home time varies by division, typically allowing drivers to return for the weekend.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- A Background Check
- A Clean Drug Test
- A Clean Clearinghouse result
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
