Job Summary
Transport important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on regional routes in the western region of America. Secure loads using a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice for approximately 70% of all flatbed loads. Operate flatbed trucks equipped with lane departure forward-collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to a schedule that includes home time for the weekend. Participate in orientation and training if hired as a recent CDL-A graduate through June 30, 2026. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
