Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A Driver (Regional): Drive flatbed routes in the western region from a Denver, CO terminal with home weekends. Recent CDL-A graduates eligible for training through a limited-time program. Responsibilities include transporting building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals via flatbed equipment, tarping loads (up to 90 pounds) as needed, and adhering to safety and compliance standards. Compensation includes weekly pay, annual pay potential, and a benefits package with transition/orientation pay and additional per-load and safety bonuses. Qualified drivers may be eligible for belt-tightening pay structures, detour and cross-border pay where applicable, with ample home time and comprehensive benefits after eligibility wait. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL Grads, no experience required - we will train you)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (testing during orientation)
