Job Summary
Transport important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on regional routes within Division 272. Secure loads using a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice for approximately 70% of all loads. Drive the newest flatbed trucks equipped with lane departure forward-collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to a schedule that includes home time for the weekend. Recent CDL-A graduates may apply through June 30, 2026, for training opportunities, while experienced drivers must possess a valid Class A CDL, be 21 or older, and have no more than six jobs in the last three years. Full-time drivers earn between $1,054.82 and $1,949.36 per week, with access to accessorial pay including tarp, stop, detention, and border crossing compensation.
Required Qualifications
