Job Summary
Automotive Flat Rate Technician skilled in servicing and repairing vehicles per factory and dealership specifications and time standards. Responsibilities include performing assigned service/repairs, utilizing proper tools and safety procedures, communicating any additional repairs or schedule issues to management, road testing when required, participating in manufacturer-sponsored training, supervising apprentices as assigned, maintaining and documenting repair orders with detailed causes and corrections, and ensuring customer vehicles are returned in a clean condition. Must adhere to safety policies and regulatory requirements; must have 3-5 years’ flat rate experience, strong teamwork, Nissan/Infiniti experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
