Job Summary
Complete service and/or repairs for assigned vehicles in accordance with factory specifications, time standards, and safety procedures. Use special tools and equipment to produce quality work that meets manufacturer customer satisfaction benchmarks. Road test vehicles when required, notify management of additional repairs or difficulties, and provide detailed documentation for every repair order. Keep vehicles returned cleaner than received and maintain all dealership-owned tools and manuals. Supervise apprentice technicians as assigned, participate in manufacturer training, and stay current on technical bulletins. Achieve production schedules and individual efficiency benchmarks while complying with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment screening and background check
- 3–5-years' experience
Desired Qualifications
- ASE certifications
- CDJR Level 3
- Strong teamwork skills
