Perform precise, high-quality repairs on a variety of makes and models, including removing and replacing damaged panels, frames, and parts using top-tier equipment. Complete accurate damage assessments and follow through with full repair plans while ensuring all work meets OEM and industry safety standards. Utilize modern diagnostic and repair technologies to stay current with the latest tools, techniques, and trends. Collaborate with teammates to hit production and quality goals while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Requires 3+ years of hands-on experience, expertise in frame work, welding, and refinishing, plus a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
