Job Summary
Join a fast-paced team as a Flat Rate Automotive Service Technician, responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of automotive systems including engine, transmission, brakes, and air conditioning. The role requires excellent customer service skills, previous experience in an automotive setting, and the ability to communicate effectively with Service Advisors about customer needs. Technicians will use diagnostic tools, perform test-drives, and execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check

- Previous experience at an automotive dealership
- Strong understanding of the service drive
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
