Market Flash CLE packages to clients across Texas via telephone and print correspondence, responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and following up on sales. Process orders for the Flash CLE Department, TexasBarCLE payables, and invoices while maintaining flash drive inventory and filling customer orders. Coordinate with MCLE and video production departments, update order forms, and process deposits, refunds, and speaker reimbursements. Maintain electronic files for direct staff access and attend State Bar events to educate members about products. Requires high school education, two years of related experience, and some accounting background.
