Job Summary
Set up traffic signs and cones, direct vehicles safely through work zones, and communicate with crews using radios and signals. Monitor for hazards and protect team members, occasionally driving company vehicles. This role requires a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, with training and certification provided. Starting pay is $16.75/hour with weekly payments, plus a $2,000 bonus after six months. We offer paid medical and dental after 90 days, paid holidays after six months, and advancement opportunities.
