Job Summary
Set up traffic signs and cones, direct vehicles safely through work zones, and communicate with crews using radios and signals. Monitor for hazards and protect team members while occasionally driving company vehicles. You must hold a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle, and be comfortable standing 8-12 hours in all weather conditions while lifting up to 50 lbs. This full-time role includes paid training, certification, and medical/dental coverage after 90 days, with a starting pay of $16.75/hour and opportunities for advancement.
