Job Summary
Direct patrons to parking locations and complete daily shift paperwork recording transactions, vehicle counts, and ticket exceptions. Maintain the booth clean and orderly, adhere to uniform standards, and greet customers while resolving issues professionally. Perform assigned small cleaning or maintenance tasks and execute special projects as directed by local management. Requires flexibility for all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand in all weather conditions; and a minimum age of 18. High school degree preferred.

- You are at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer
- Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner
Desired Qualifications
- High School degree preferred but not required
- Customer service: 1 year+
