Job Summary
Direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic in work zones using hand signals, signage, and clear communication to maintain safe and efficient movement; set up, maintain, and remove temporary traffic control devices (cones, signs, barricades) per standards; monitor traffic patterns and work-zone conditions, report unsafe conditions to a supervisor; collaborate with fellow flaggers and construction personnel to ensure coordinated traffic control; adhere to safety regulations and wear PPE (high-visibility apparel, hard hats, etc.); flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime; prior Flagger experience or training may be provided; valid Flagger certification required; outdoor, physically demanding work with lifting up to 50 pounds; travel across New Hampshire project sites may be required; High school diploma or equivalent preferred; must be authorized to work in the United States.
