Job Summary
Official is responsible for enforcing i9 Sports rules on the field while cultivating a positive culture, acting as an on-field coach, and advocating for the programs. Duties include understanding and enforcing rules, teaching core concepts like sportsmanship, keeping time and score, and managing age-appropriate levels of instruction and competition. Requires strong communication, self-motivation, problem solving, safety focus, and ability to work weekends/evenings across a ~7-week season. Prior sport officiating, playing, or coaching experience and a positive, professional attitude are essential.
