Job Summary
Enforce i9 Sports rules books to ensure a fun, learning, and safe environment for players ages 3-14. Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values while keeping time and scoring during games. Manage age-appropriate instruction and competition levels, acting as an on-field coach and advocate for the program. Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills to cultivate a positive culture. Officiate games across multiple seasons including July through June, requiring the ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and evenings. Pass a National Criminal Background Check. Be a role model for athletes in a team-based atmosphere focused on fun and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
- Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check

- Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience
