Job Summary
On-field Flag Football Official responsible for enforcing i9 Sports rules, acting as an on-field coach, and promoting program culture. Duties include keeping time and score, maintaining an age-appropriate level of instruction, demonstrating a positive attitude, and delivering superior customer service while ensuring player safety. Requires sport-specific officiating/coaching experience, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work weekends/evenings during the ~7-week season. Training opportunities are provided. Franchise locations independently determine terms of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (~7 weeks)
