Job Summary
Enforce i9 Sports rules to ensure a fun, safe, and learning environment while teaching core sportsmanship values. Keep time and score during games, managing age-appropriate instruction and competition. Demonstrate superior customer service and a positive attitude to act as an on-field coach and advocate for the program. Work weekends and evenings throughout the full season duration. Be a role model for athletes and take charge of situations to ensure player safety.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
- Excellent communication skills
- Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
- Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
