Conduct personalized, evidence-based physical therapy treatments to improve clients' motion, mobility, and strength while developing tailored fitness and wellness programs. Reduce medication needs and surgical alternatives by offering cost-effective interventions and monitoring patient progress through regular evaluations and care plan adjustments. Motivate patients during sessions to optimize function and consult with other health professionals for coordinated care. Document all patient services accurately and participate in the Quality Improvement Program. Maintain independent work in a fast-paced environment while meeting recurring training requirements and adhering to state licensure and CPR standards.
