Job Summary
Load finished goods onto outbound trucks safely and efficiently. Complete required paperwork, verifying shipping information accuracy. Examine each load for proper identification and carton quality. Transport raw materials to designated manufacturing areas. Unload material from receiving trucks using a forklift as needed. Support shipping primarily, but assist receiving when required. This second shift role (3P–11P) in Montoursville, PA, requires a valid PA driver's license and forklift certification. The position involves frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Up to one year of related experience and/or training required
- Must be capable of obtaining forklift truck certification to be issued by Unique Industries
- Must have a valid PA Driver's license
- Must be able and willing to support Receiving, as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in yard jockeying preferred
- Ability to understand basic written and oral instructions
- Ability to perform basic math
- Ability to read
- Ability to communicate with management and coworkers in order to meet departmental goals
- High school diploma or general education degree preferred
