Job Summary
Complete retail remodel and reset projects by installing, removing, and replacing shelving, fixtures, signage, and displays. Perform merchandising resets following planograms and project instructions while using basic hand and power tools. Work safely and efficiently as part of a team, maintaining organized work areas and communicating project updates. Lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, climbing, and performing physical work for extended periods. Must live within 50 miles of Carmichael, CA for day shift schedules from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and steel-toe footwear. SPAR Marketing Force partners with national retailers to provide merchandising and store setup services.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work scheduled shifts from 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Experience using hand tools and power tools required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders/heights
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
- Must have a personal cell phone and email address
- Steel-toe footwear or approved inserts required

- Previous retail remodel, construction, merchandising, fixture installation, or related experience preferred
