Job Summary
Warehouse Specialist needed at Moderna’s UK site to manage inbound deliveries, verify shipments against orders, maintain delivery and inventory records in GMP-compliant systems, and support manufacturing with timely material movement. Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, documenting accuracy, updating SAP/quality records, picking and preparing materials for manufacturing, labeling and storing materials per internal procedures, coordinating outbound shipments, performing daily inventory checks, cycle counts, and ensuring material availability for 24/7 operations. The role emphasizes collaboration with manufacturing and operations teams, adherence to safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement, with exposure to digital warehouse processes and a 70/30 in-office culture. Basic qualifications include GMP/GDP experience, quality management system knowledge, 2+ years in warehouse operations, proficiency with SAP/Smartsheet/MS Office, physical ability to lift/move products, and a detail-oriented, customer-focused mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Educated to a high standard
- Experience in GMP or GDP operations
- Knowledge of Quality Management systems
- 2+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations
- Experience in a highly regulated industry, Pharmaceutical, or related field
- Ability to lift and move products
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (SAP, Smartsheet, Microsoft Word, and Excel)
- Ability to be flexible when required
- Collaborative, and customer-focused attitude
