Job Summary
Commercial Intern supporting the Key Account Manager and broader Commercial team. Responsibilities include Sales Coordination (prepare monthly Sales reports, support CRM activities, plan and coordinate customer visits/meetings, assist with preparing presentation materials, manage price quotation requests and pricing updates, maintain customer Master Data across systems, assist in identifying customers in new territories, and assist in quarterly updates of the territory potential file), Sample Management (request and coordinate samples, dispatch, track sample requests, communicate updates to customers), and Secretarial support (travel arrangements, minute taking, filing, cross-functional communication with Development, Marketing, CMI, and System Power-Users). Academic background in Business Administration (or equivalent) preferred; EE candidates given preference.
