Job Summary
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs for fixed plant equipment to ensure continuous port operations. Perform breakdown response and fault diagnosis to minimize downtime, including addressing trailer tipping issues. Execute component replacements and mechanical adjustments to improve plant efficiency. Implement preventative maintenance schedules to extend equipment life and reduce failures. Collaborate with boilermakers and electricians on major repairs and infrastructure upgrades. Maintain current C Class Driver's Licence and hold required safety tickets for work at heights and confined spaces. Operate within a 7-day roster at Geraldton Port supporting Fenix's expansion to 10Mtpa.
Required Qualifications
- Australian recognised Trade Certificate
- Work Safely at Heights Ticket
- Confined Space Ticket
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- Meet all pre-employment requirements, including medical, drug and alcohol screening, and National Police Clearance
