Job Summary
Fixed Operations Director at Camping World responsible for delivering top-tier customer satisfaction and profitability within the Service Center. Oversees and supports the Service Manager(s), drives profitability through P&L management and labor-cost control, and builds a high-performing team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Associates, Warranty Administrators, Porters, and Detailers while fostering development, retention, and a customer-focused culture. Requires experience managing a high-volume service operation in RV/automotive/marine/power-sports, strong communication skills, proficiency with dealership software (ADP, IDS, Reynolds & Reynolds), and the ability to analyze P&L reports; includes a comprehensive compensation package and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing a high-volume Service Center in RV, automotive, marine, or power sports industry
- Ability to ensure high customer satisfaction and profitability in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of RVs and RV systems a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in dealership software systems (ADP, IDS, Reynolds & Reynolds)
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Ability to read and analyze P&L reports
