Job Summary
Collaborate with account management to diagnose dealership performance gaps and create implementation plans that drive behavioral change. Conduct service lane assessments, analyze dealer data for inventory and selling strategy opportunities, and develop customized coaching solutions for personnel. Execute retail pricing strategies, perform mystery shops to assess the competitive landscape, and support service advisors in increasing lane sales. Manage activity tracking in Salesforce, submit timely reports, and leverage centralized resources to maximize dealership opportunities. Travel approximately 80% of the time to visit dealerships in the Philadelphia and Baltimore regions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management or related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in dealership or automotive service operations
- Project management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment
- Proficiency at intermediate level with all Microsoft Office products
- Meet the requirements of Dealer Tire's Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy
- Standing for long periods of time
- Frequent bending, crouching, and twisting
- Lifting at least 35 pounds
- Travel required – approximately 80%
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Must pass random drug testing
