Job Summary
Support strategy discussions and perform analysis of the SPG book's key metrics, KPIs to present insights to SPG Management. Prepare materials for senior forums and committee meetings with Desk Heads, driving priority initiatives such as deal return reviews, structural feature analysis, new product development, revenue planning, and capital analysis. Coordinate across internal business partners including Finance, Operations, and Technology to execute business planning and analytical problem-solving. This Fixed Income Analyst role within the EMEA SPG COO team focuses on delivering strategic initiatives and supporting leadership decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- BSc or higher degree (e.g. Finance, Economics)
- Interest in Fixed Income / financial markets
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and modelling skills
- Strong organizational / time management and project management skills with an attention to detail
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mind set
- Proficiency in English across written & oral language skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a team environment
- Candidate preferred to have at least one internship in a Finance OR Management Consulting-related field
